Technology, people and the satisfaction of making things happen have been the common threads throughout my career.
After studying at TU Ilmenau and completing my doctorate at TU Dresden, my professional journey took me through a variety of industries, ranging from IT and automation to mechanical engineering and the automotive sector. Along the way, I had the opportunity to work on international projects across Europe, the United States and South Africa, collaborating with people from many different cultures and professional backgrounds.
What has always fascinated me most are situations where something needs to be built, transformed or brought back on track: establishing new production sites, managing technology transfers, supporting complex project launches or introducing new processes and technologies.
Today, I support companies as an Interim Manager and Advisor in exactly these types of situations. I enjoy combining technical expertise, pragmatic execution and modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence — always with the goal of creating solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.
Outside of my professional engagements, I enjoy cycling, music and photography, and I follow technological developments with great interest. Curiosity, continuous learning and the excitement of exploring new ideas remain important drivers for me to this day.
